The Digitalization Engineer will lead the implementation of digitalization projects and low-code platform development within the factory, focusing on continuous improvement. Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the implementation of digitalization projects in the factory and the development of low-code platforms, introducing advanced digital tools to support continuous improvement in departments.

2. Software development and implementation for MES (Hydra).

3. Manage the resource utilization and daily monitoring of digital project-related infrastructure (servers, cloud instances, etc.).

4. Formulate and execute the company's digital business data and system backup strategy; conduct regular backup recovery drills to ensure data security and recoverability.

5. Coordinate with the IT department to promptly resolve infrastructure and network security issues, ensuring stable system operation.

6. System maintenance and upgrades post-project implementation.

You're the right fit if:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field; proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, and Power Automate.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Manufacturing/Operations environment, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Production Engineering, or Cost Engineering or equivalent with Vocational Education OR no prior experience with Bachelor's Degree.
  • Strong passion for new digital technologies and applications, with a continuous learning ability.
  • Understanding of manufacturing production and supply chain processes is preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure operations and maintenance; knowledge of installing, configuring, and managing mainstream operating systems (Windows Server/Linux).
  • Familiar with the deployment and backup of mainstream databases (SQL Server, MySQL), with a full understanding of data security.
  • Possess a strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and team spirit.
  • Excellent communication skills and English reading/writing proficiency.
