As we continue to scale, we’re building our first Account Management function — and we’re looking for a Director of Account Management to build a cross sales and renewal-focused sales team.
In this role, you will build, coach, and empower a team of Account Managers to build executive customer relationships, prospect into the customer base, align customer needs with our long term product vision, and close new subscription cross sales and account expansion deals. You’ll design and operationalize the account management motion — from onboarding enablement and customer engagement to sales excellence.
