Use technology to develop new hire training and build innovative tools to execute multi-channel experiences.
Build annual strategic and tactical training plan and associated budget requirements.
Be an integral member within the land-based business unit elevating product knowledge.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to generate content, review, and execution of training programs.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Learning & Development, or relate field.
10+ years relevant training and development experience, preferably within Gaming Industry.
Passion for product training and education at the adult learning level; enjoys working with Sales Teams.
Successful track record and experience in developing product training curricula.
Exemplary written and oral communication skills partnered with project management skills.
Ability to lead vendor support to deliver training projects on-time and within plan.
Proven background in leading training for all types mediums, various audience sizes and scale.
