That’s where you come in!

Wizards is searching for a hardworking, resourceful and highly experienced professional to join our team as the Director of Publishing Production, with a focus on our Internal Studios. This position is central to our Publishing efforts and will be key in crafting Wizards of the Coast’s ambitions, in particular within our Digital Gaming Portfolio endeavors (Internal, External, Licensed).

What You'll Do:

  • Build, manage and mentor our Publishing Production team members: this group will be the publishing relay to our internal development teams, and act as champions for assigned projects.
  • Develop strategies to optimize workflows and support for our Internal Studios: anticipate and remove roadblocks.
  • Ensure optimal collaboration with other Production verticals within Wizards of the Coast/Hasbro, most notably with External/Joint Venture and Licensed opportunities.
  • Foster a strong culture of collaboration across internal (across Departments, Units and Companies) and external partners (vendors, strategic partners, etc.).
  • Ensure Wizards’ Digital Gaming portfolio is tracked and managed optimally, with clear escalation paths and consistent care.

  • Good knowledge of global publishing frameworks.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, fundamentally curious and possessing an innovative spirit that drives exploration and brings about new ways of doing things.
  • Ability to influence change, anticipate roadblocks and find creative solutions to mitigate or remove them.
  • Appreciation and ability to adapt communications to varied audiences: from junior Team Members to Executive level, from Artists to Engineers, from Business to Localization, etc.
  • Flexible and adaptable. Patient and diplomatic.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
