We are looking for a talented and experienced Director of Sales to lead one of our Digital Solutions Sales Teams at NiCE. The Digital Solution Sales Team acts in an overlay sales capacity to support advanced, digital portfolio solution sales cycles in tandem with our CX Americas direct sellers. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of advanced digital technologies such as conversational AI, IVA, knowledge management, agent assistance and more. This individual will also have tangible experience and knowledge of the contact center as a service space (CCaaS), a proven track record in sales leadership, and a passion for driving growth in the customer experience (CX) market.
