Job Description

We are seeking a talented and motivated Specialist Client Services Project Manager (PM) to join our team. This client-facing role focuses on post-implementation service excellence, acting as a trusted advisor to NICE’s customers. You will manage strategic client relationships, influence tactical activities, and ensure maximum value from deployed solutions. Responsibilities include leading the full project lifecycle, managing tasks, budgets, and resources, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
Must have:
  • Lead full project lifecycle: Initiation, Data Acquisition, Configuration, Data Validation, UAT, Tuning, Deployment.
  • Manage project tasks including schedules, budgets, and resources for quality solutions.
  • Establish strong relationships with client stakeholders, including business users and management.
  • Prepare project status reports and presentations to keep all stakeholders informed.
  • Develop and maintain standard practices for client implementations.
  • Advocate customer requirements and concerns to internal teams (Product Management, R&D).
  • Create and manage detailed project plans, defining schedules, allocating resources, monitoring progress.
  • Engage in both functional and technical aspects of projects.
  • Coordinate multiple projects across internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Align project objectives with company goals and ensure clarity across project teams.
  • Occasional travel to client sites (approximately 10%).
  • 5+ years of experience in service delivery or project management.
  • BS Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Actimize AML and Fraud Solutions.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work independently in a time-critical environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing business needs and processes.
  • Ability to influence decisions using data and facts.
  • Experience interacting effectively with all levels of management and customers.

So, what’s the role all about?

We are looking for a talented and motivated Specialist Client Services Project Manager (PM) to join our team. You will be a trusted advisor to NICE’s customers, ensuring alignment between customer priorities and NICE’s business objectives. You’ll manage strategic relationships across client business units, influence tactical activities, and ensure maximum value is achieved from NICE’s deployed solutions.

How will you make an impact?

You will work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and ongoing support. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the full project lifecycle: Initiation, Data Acquisition, Configuration, Data Validation, UAT, Tuning, and Deployment.
  • Managing project tasks including schedules, budgets, and resources to deliver quality solutions on time and within budget.
  • Establishing strong relationships with client stakeholders, including business users and management.
  • Preparing project status reports and presentations to keep all stakeholders informed.
  • Developing and maintaining standard practices for client implementations aligned with the Essentials TAM operating model.
  • Advocating customer requirements and concerns to internal teams including Product Management and R&D.

Have you got what it takes?
