This Senior Manager, Client Partners role offers a significant career opportunity to lead a team focused on expanding the client base and fostering relationships within the Industry market segment. The Senior Manager will be responsible for managing a team of Senior Client Partners and Client Partners, using creative and agile leadership to balance relationship building with data-driven decision-making. Key responsibilities include account strategy, collaborative engagement with internal teams, sales operations, defining team strategy, and fostering a culture of learning and innovation to exceed revenue targets and business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in software or services sales, with at least three years of people management experience, a deep understanding of sales methodologies, and the ability to make data-driven decisions. The role requires strong leadership skills to formulate and implement strategies for the team and driving short-term results with long-term impact.
Must have:
  • 10+ years in software or services sales.
  • 3+ years of people and team management.
  • Proven success in Senior Manager/Director role.
  • Strategic vision and strategy implementation skills.
  • Deep understanding of sales methodologies and tools.
  • Proficiency in sales data and metrics.
  • Solid background in software sales and SaaS models.
Good to have:
  • Familiarity with solution-oriented sales methodologies like MEDDPICC.
  • Passion for coaching and mentoring team members.
  • Experience in selling complex software solutions.
  • Multilingual proficiency (Arabic is a plus).

What you'll be doing

  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and develop a team of 5 high-performing Senior Client Partners and Client Partners, creating a results-focused and collaborative team culture.
  • Blend of Art and Science: Use creative and agile leadership to balance the art of building relationships and crafting solutions with the science behind data-driven decision-making.
  • Account Strategy: Segment accounts, establish account plans, and structure opportunities effectively while ensuring alignment with overall company goals and objectives.
  • Collaborative Engagement: Partner closely with technical pre- and post-sales teams, including Partner Managers, Solutions Engineers, and Technical Architects, to deliver optimal client solutions.
  • Sales Operations: Leverage data to assess sales funnel health, produce actionable insights, manage forecasts, and communicate performance effectively to senior leadership. 
  • Vision and Strategy: Define and communicate the team’s strategic vision while inspiring your team to achieve and exceed revenue targets and business objectives. 
  • Growth Mindset: Foster a culture of ongoing learning, curiosity, and innovation within your team while addressing challenges creatively and proactively.

What we're looking for

  • Experience: 10+ years in software or services sales, preferably within the SaaS market, with at least 3 years managing people and teams.
  • Leadership Expertise: Demonstrated success in a Senior Manager or Director-level role, with proven experience in building and growing high-performing teams. 
  • Strategic Vision: Strong capability to formulate and implement vision and strategy for your team, driving both short-term results and long-term impact.
  • Sales Acumen: Deep understanding of sales methodologies, processes, and tools, with the ability to guide the team in consultative and strategic selling.
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Proficiency in using data and metrics for sales reporting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making. 
  • Industry Expertise: Solid background in software sales, subscription models, and/or SaaS platforms, with experience navigating competitive market environments.

You might also have

  • Familiarity with solution-oriented sales methodologies like MEDDPICC.
  • A passion for coaching and mentoring team members across different career levels to foster professional development.
  • Prior experience in selling complex software solutions, subscription-based offerings, or cloud-based services.
  • Multilingual proficiency (English required, Arabic is a significant advantage).
