Job Summary
As a Director Treasury Americas on our Corporate Functions team, you will be responsible for organizing and coordinating all finance and treasury-related tasks in the AMR region. This includes ensuring adherence to the Group Treasury Policy, overseeing cash management, liquidity planning, currency risk management, and financing regional entities. You will also support global insurance programs and be responsible for statutory, regulatory, and internal reporting on all finance and treasury activities, representing Infineon externally to banks and financing partners.
Must Have
- Organize and coordinate all finance and treasury-related tasks in the AMR region.
- Ensure the governance framework of the Group Treasury Policy is established and adhered to.
- Oversee a high-risk function with strict integrity criteria and compliance with external laws and internal regulations.
- Responsible for cash management, bank payments, liquidity planning and management, currency risk management, and financing of regional entities.
- Support global insurance programs.
- Responsible for statutory, regulatory and internal reporting on all finance and treasury activities.
- Report to the Head of FTIR and represent Infineon externally to banks and other financing partners.
- Academic degree in business administration or economics or any related field.
- More than 5 years of relevant work experience in corporate banking or treasury of a corporation.
- Deep understanding of finance and treasury topics.
- Capability to effectively combine multiple functions' perspectives (e.g., finance/treasury and industry/business).
- Excellent communication skills to partner with adjacent finance functions, central Finance & Treasury, and external finance partners.
- Leadership experience and ability to quickly establish successful cooperation.
- Well-versed and eloquent, experienced in working in international environment.
- Experience in financial IT tools (e.g., Reuters/Bloomberg, SAP, 360T, Excel).
- Proficiency in English.

- Specific, treasury-related professional formation or certificate.
- Experience in the semiconductor industry.

Your Role

Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Have an academic degree in business administration or economics or any related field
- Specific, treasury-related professional formation or certificate is a plus
- More than 5 years of relevant work experience in corporate banking or treasury of a corporation
- Have a deep understanding of finance and treasury topics, experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus
- Capability to effectively combine multiple functions' perspectives, e.g. finance/treasury and industry/business
- Excellent communication skills to partner with adjacent finance functions, central Finance & Treasury, and external finance partners
- Leadership experience, ability to quickly establish a successful cooperation, both within own team as well as with various stakeholders, internally and externally

Lexington, KY Minimum of $162,300.00 per year and maximum of $223,200.00 per year
In addition, all full-time employees will be eligible to participate in an incentive plan
