We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced L3 DMZ Network Security Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for the administration, support, and continuous improvement of DMZ infrastructure and security operations. This includes managing incidents, implementing changes, coaching L2 admins, and contributing to technical processes in a highly secure and dynamic environment.
Must have:
  • Provide Level 3 support for DMZ infrastructure (post-escalation).
  • Coach and mentor junior admins.
  • Liaise with engineering teams for change operations and problem resolution.
  • Contribute to CAB and knowledge base updates.
  • Conduct standard operating procedure (SOP) and testbed management.
  • Perform security patch testing and support audit readiness.
  • Maintain and enhance deployment procedures and documentation.
  • Ensure tickets are fulfilled promptly with quality assurance.
  • Senior-level DMZ administration.
  • Senior-level CISCO administration.
  • Intermediate Dynamic Layer 3 Routing (BGP, OSPF, MPLS).
  • Senior-level Layer 2 and Layer 3 VLANs.
  • Intermediate ACL/Prefix-List Management and Configuration.
  • Intermediate Application Filtering (IDS/IPS).
  • Beginner-level Scripting.
  • Senior-level Palo Alto Firewall expertise.
  • Intermediate Panorama (Palo Alto Firewall Administration and Supervision).
  • Senior-level WireShark frame reading and debugging.
  • Intermediate Log monitoring and management.
  • Intermediate IPsec (Internet Protocol Security).
  • Fluent English communication skills.
  • ITIL V4 foundation certification.
  • CCNA (CISCO First Level Certificate).
  • Intermediate Incident Management.
  • Intermediate Change Management.

  • Layer 2 and Layer 3 VLANs – senior
  • ACL/Prefix-List Management and Configuration – intermediate
  • Application Filtering (IDS/IPS) – intermediate
  • Scripting - beginner
  • Firewall Palo Alto – senior
  • Panorama (Palo Alto Firewall Administration and Supervision) – intermediate
  • Reading and debugging WireShark frames – senior
  • Log monitoring and management – intermediate
  • IPsec (Internet Protocol Security) – intermediate
  • Fluent English
