The hotel, perched on a cliff overlooking the sea in a breathtaking location in Capri, offers one of the most beautiful views in the world from every side. Feel welcome to the land of aesthetes and start discovering the blue legend of Capri! The Doorman is the first smile and the last image the guest takes with them. With elegance, discretion and professionalism, they ensure a warm and impeccable welcome, anticipating guests' needs and accompanying them in their movements inside and outside the structure. This key role works closely with the Concierge and Front Office to offer a harmonious and consistent service with Relais & Châteaux 5-star luxury standards.
Good To Have:
- Knowledge of the Capri area and local hospitality dynamics will be considered a plus.
Must Have:
- Welcome guests upon arrival with courtesy and professionalism, offering immediate assistance
- Coordinate and support luggage management, from loading/unloading to placement in the room
- Ensure correct management of vehicular traffic at the hotel entrance (arrivals and departures)
- Collaborate with the Concierge to organize transfers, taxis, shuttles and excursions
- Anticipate guests' needs and offer constant assistance with discretion
- Ensure the care of the hotel's external image, keeping the entrance area tidy and welcoming
- Support Front Office and Guest Relations departments in case of operational needs
- At least 2-3 years of experience in similar roles in luxury or 5-star hotels
- Excellent command of Italian and good knowledge of English
- Excellent interpersonal skills, authentic smile and natural aptitude for service
- Maintain personal presentation and standing in line with a luxury context
- Flexibility, team spirit and stress management

A key figure in the guest experience, the Doorman works closely with the Concierge and Front Office to offer a harmonious and consistent service with Relais & Châteaux 5-star luxury standards.
Main duties
- Welcome guests upon arrival with courtesy and professionalism, offering immediate assistance
- Coordinate and support luggage management, from loading/unloading to placement in the room
