Job Description

Experienced finance professional responsible for leading accounting operations, financial control, and business partnering across multiple countries in LATAM, ensuring compliance with IFRS, process optimization, and strategic decision support. This role involves overseeing monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, managing financial reconciliations and internal controls, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The controller will partner with business leaders to provide financial insights, manage budgeting, and ensure a strong compliance culture.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • Solid experience in accounting, financial closing, and business partnering in multinational environments.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS, internal controls, and financial statement analysis.
  • Proven leadership and people management skills.
  • Continuous improvement mindset for process optimization.

Your role:

  • Lead and execute end-to-end accounting strategies ensuring accuracy, compliance with IFRS, and alignment with corporate financial goals.
  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, ensuring timely and reliable financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow).
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across accounting processes, leveraging automation and best practices to enhance efficiency and governance.
  • Manage financial reconciliations, internal controls, and audits, ensuring integrity and transparency in all financial reporting activities.
  • Partner with Enabling Functions and business leaders to provide financial insights, monitor performance, and support strategic decision-making.
  • Oversee budgeting and annual planning cycles, ensuring cost control, accurate forecasting, and alignment with business priorities.
  • Develop and implement corrective actions for accounting discrepancies and ensure strong compliance culture within the organization.
  • Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, effectively influencing and aligning financial objectives across the region.
  • Act as a key liaison between Corporate, Audit, and Local Finance teams, ensuring consistency and standardization of accounting practices across countries.

You are the Right Fit If:

  • You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (CPA or equivalent preferred).
  • You have solid experience in accounting, financial closing, and business partnering within a multinational environment.
  • You bring strong knowledge of IFRS, internal controls, and financial statement analysis.
  • You have proven leadership and people management skills with ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
  • You skills include continuous improvement mindset, with ability to optimize processes and drive standardization across markets.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.

Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This is an office role.
