We expect you to actively participate in all aspects, including expression proposals and specification formulation, to deliver the best game experience to users and elevate the level of graphic expression.

Essential Requirements
- 3+ years of practical experience in effect production for game development.
Desired Requirements
- Experience as a section lead.
- Experience in effect production using Unity.
- Ability to grasp objectives and product requirements, and lead expression verification and specification proposals.
- Experience in effect production using Houdini.
- Experience in building node-based shaders and implementing them in collaboration with engineers.
- Knowledge of direction and UI (interaction).
- Sensitivity to information on the latest technologies.

Estimated annual income: 6.41 million JPY to 10.5 million JPY. Wage form: Monthly salary system (including deemed fixed overtime pay).
- Monthly amount: 458,334 JPY to 750,000 JPY
- Basic salary: 339,084 JPY to 554,868 JPY
- Deemed fixed overtime allowance: 119,250 JPY to 195,132 JPY
- Bonus: Twice a year
- *Overtime wages exceeding the deemed fixed overtime allowance will be paid additionally.*
