You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of character production, from graphic verification to specification formulation and quality management, both internally and externally, according to game concepts. We are looking for someone who can communicate across different roles to bring out the charm of characters and handle their implementation.

• 5+ years of practical experience in character model production using 3D tools.
• Knowledge of game development and ability to communicate across job functions.

• Experience in game release as a lead.
• Experience in 2D design of characters and monsters.
• Practical experience in character model production in a PBR environment.
• Experience using Zbrush and Substance Painter.
• Experience in 3D production other than modeling.
• Experience in development in a Unity environment.
• Experience in efficiency improvement using MEL or Python.
• Experience or knowledge in shader development.

Estimated annual salary: 6.41 million to 10.5 million JPY_Wage form: Monthly salary system (including deemed fixed overtime pay)

• Monthly amount: 458,334 JPY to 750,000 JPY
• Basic salary: 339,084 JPY to 554,868 JPY
• Deemed fixed overtime allowance: 119,250 JPY to 195,132 JPY
• Bonus: Twice a year

*Overtime wages exceeding the deemed fixed overtime allowance will be paid additionally.

*Bonus is performance-linked.

• Probationary period: Yes (3 to 6 months)
• Working hours: Standard working hours 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (8 hours actual work)
• Work style: Flextime system (Core time: 10:30 AM to 3:30 PM)
• Overtime work: Yes / Company average less than 15 hours (July 2022 - September 2023)
• Varies depending on busy/slack periods.
• Overtime on holidays and late-night overtime after 10:00 PM are generally prohibited.
• Break time: 1 hour between 11:30 AM and 2:30 PM
