As an EMEA PR & Communications Executive, your primary responsibility is to collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver excellent service to central and territorial teams, implement top-tier Product PR campaigns, and elevate Bandai Namco Entertainment Europe's visibility and favorable company image. Your main duties encompass contributing to the EMEA communication strategy, providing ongoing support to the EMEA PR team, working closely with various EMEA teams, providing necessary assets like press releases and screenshots, copywriting content, creating coverage reports, supporting the PR/Events team during events.
Must have:
  • Two years of professional PR/Comms experience
  • Professional experience in an international environment
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory
  • Strong redactional/copywriting skills in English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • A degree in a relevant field (communication, PR, Marketing, Business)

Position

Within Bandai Namco Entertainment Europe Headquarters, and under the responsibility of the Senior EMEA PR & Communications Manager, you will join the EMEA Communication & Community Engagement department.

As an EMEA PR & Communications Executive, your main role is to coordinate with all stakeholders to provide the best possible level of service to the central and territory teams, to execute top-class Product PR campaigns and enhance Bandai Namco Entertainment Europe’s visibility and favourable company image.


Your main responsibilities include (non-exhaustive list):


  • Participate to the development of the EMEA communication strategy across our video game portfolio, including media relations and influencer tactics
  • Provide ongoing support to the EMEA PR team members
  • Work closely in collaboration with all EMEA teams (marketing, production, events, digital, etc.) as well as with local territory PR/Comms managers
  • Provide all required assets (press releases, screenshots, b-roll, trailers, builds, etc.) on time and synchronize embargoes across regions and time zones 
  • Copywrite content for both internal and external communications (intranet articles, press releases, etc.)
  • Elaborate coverage reports, measure PR ROI and analyse the results of a global communication plan, take corrective actions if necessary
  • Provide support to the PR/Events team during events

Requirements

  • At least two years of professional experience, preferably in a PR/Comms environment
  • At least one professional experience in an international environment
  • A degree in a relevant field (communication, PR, Marketing, Business) is a plus
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is mandatory
  • Strong redactional/copywriting skills in English
  • Passionate about video games, entertainment, new technologies, etc.
  • Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to deal with confidential tasks, with total discretion
  • Ability to manage external vendors and partners
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong appetite for communication and copywriting
  • Service oriented

  • Confident in decision making and creative problem solving

Contract: full time (permanent)

Remuneration: fixed and variable compensation

Business Travels: This position may require occasional business travels (in France and internationally)
