Job Description

The Employee Experience Specialist III will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing employee engagement initiatives, events, and communications for Rackspace employees in India. This role requires improving existing engagement programs and processes, developing new ones based on data-driven insights, and promoting the company culture through core values. The specialist will create and deliver effective communication materials (digital, written, and oral presentations), collaborate with stakeholders to ensure initiative success, and require working knowledge and experience in their job discipline. The role involves a range of assignments related to employee engagement, using prescribed guidelines or processes in analyzing situations and receiving a moderate level of guidance and direction.

Job Profile:

Responsible for planning, organizing, and executing employee engagement initiatives, events and communications for our India Rackers. Improves existing engagement programs and processes and developing new ones through data-driven insights. Promotes the company culture through the lens of the Core Values. Creates and delivers effective communication materials, including digital, written, and oral presentations. Collaborates with stakeholders to ensure alignment and success of engagement initiatives.
