Your missions

Within our Connectors division, you will join the Intra-Group Sales department. The main objective of your internship will be to lead and monitor management/HR actions following an employee opinion survey conducted within the IT cooling teams (cooling systems for server electronics).

For this, you will work in collaboration with the IT cooling Market Manager and the HR Change Management Project Manager of the fluid connectors division.

In this context, your missions will be:

  • Implement and monitor managerial actions following the study;
  • Support the development of employee recognition projects;
  • Participate in various HR projects, including information systems and HR data processing.

Qualifications

Your profile

Currently in your final year of business school, IEP, or master's degree, specializing in data processing, international relations, or HR, you are looking for an internship to validate your diploma.

Specific knowledge:

  • Project management
  • Data processing (Excel, BI)
  • Change management
  • Managerial development

Foreign languages: proficiency in English (written and oral)

Qualities: confidentiality, rigor, international exposure, and good interpersonal skills

Internship of approximately 6 months with attractive remuneration.
