Job Description

The Engineer, Part Logistics Strategy will manage local parts transportation to meet production plans and export schedules. Responsibilities include controlling Third Party Logistics performance, initiating transportation improvements (truck allocation, route design, delivery efficiency), coordinating with warehouse operations and related teams, and managing logistics budgets. Additional tasks may be assigned by the manager. This role requires strong coordination, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Must Have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Transportation Management or Logistics.
  • Good communication skills in English, spoken and written.
  • Proficiency in Excel (V-Lookup, Pivot, Formula) and PowerPoint.
  • Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
  • Good logical, systematic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Ability to drive and possess a driving license.

Job Description

  • Local parts transportation management to meet with production plan and export shipment schedule.
  • Third Party Logistics performance control to achieve company target (Cost, Time, Quality, Management, Development).
  • Transportation improvement initiation (Truck allocation, Route design, Delivery efficiency, Safety, Digitalization/IS tool, etc.)
  • To coordinate with warehouse operation, production control, packaging engineer and related team on parts transportation matter.
  • Logistics budget/cost management.
  • Support project implementation/coordination.
  • Other tasks as may be assigned by Manager.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply chain management, Logistics Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • 1-3 yearsexperience in Transportation Management, Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
  • Good communication skills in English, spoken and written.
  • Excel (V-Lookup & Pivot & Formula), Power Point
  • Strong coordination and problem-solving skill
  • Good logical, systematic thinking and analytical skill
  • Able to drive and have driving license
