Job Summary
SAFE Security is seeking to be Champions of a Safer Digital Future and Catalysts of Change. This role involves selling complex SaaS products to C-level executives (CISOs, CIOs, CROs) within top enterprises. Responsibilities include hunting and growing accounts, leading sales efforts within a territory, incubating and growing sales for a new cyber security platform, nurturing relationships with CXOs, achieving sales targets with high forecast accuracy, building and managing sales pipelines, leveraging channel partnerships, and overseeing proposal to contract negotiation. The ideal candidate will possess excellent presentation, negotiation, analytical, and complexity management skills, with a focus on concept selling.
Must Have
- 8 years of selling complex SaaS products to C-level executives.
- Experience hunting and growing accounts (land and expand).
- Lead sales efforts in a designated territory.
- Achieve quarterly sales targets with high forecast accuracy.
- Build and manage sales pipelines.
- Responsible for overall territory revenue targets.
- Leverage channel and System Integrator partnerships.
- Oversee proposal to contract negotiation.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Excellent analytical and complexity management skills.
- Concept Selling.

Job Description
Core Responsibilities:
- 8 years of experience of selling complex SaaS Products to C-Level Executives (CISOs, CIOs, CROs) of top enterprises
- Experience hunting and also growing accounts (land and expand model)
- Lead sales efforts within a designated territory
- Incubate and grow sales for a new cyber security platform and nurture relationships with CXOs
- Achieve sales targets on a quarter-on-quarter basis with a high degree of forecast accuracy
- Work to build an adequate sales pipeline and follow the rigors of pipeline management
- Responsible & accountable for achieving Overall Revenue Targets of the Territory
- Leverage partnerships with Channels & System Integrators (SIs)
- Oversee the proposal to contract negotiation
- Presentation & Negotiation Skills
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to manage complexity
