The company is hiring an Enterprise Sales Director for its European expansion, focusing on streaming platforms, connected TV publishers, and advanced media owners. This senior IC role involves owning the full sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation, and partnering with leadership to drive repeatable growth in the CTV/streaming ecosystem.
Must Have
- Own net-new revenue from streaming/CTV publishers, large media companies, and retail media networks
- Sell a high-ROI SaaS platform focused on automation, AI-driven orchestration, and operational efficiency
- Navigate complex orgs — from ad sales to ad ops to data science to C-level
- Build custom value stories using automation benchmarks, usage metrics, and revenue lift projections
- Manage multi-month sales cycles and close deals ranging from $350K to $1M+ ACV
- Partner with product and GTM to shape our strategy in the CTV/streaming ecosystem
- Create repeatable sales motions, customer references, and use case frameworks
- Serve as the face of the company in a critical vertical
- 8–12 years in enterprise SaaS sales, ideally in martech, adtech, or workflow automation
- Experience selling into publishers or media owners (streaming, CTV, digital media platforms, retail media)
- Proven success managing 6–12 month deal cycles with multiple stakeholders
- Strong command of ROI selling
- Familiarity with adtech stack elements (SSPs, ad servers, analytics)
- Confidence working with operational and technical buyers: ad ops, product, yield, engineering, data
- A strong communicator who knows how to ask sharp questions, listen for real pain, and drive urgency

Role Summary
is currently hiring for a reporting to the Co-Founder & President.
This role will be the company’s first dedicated sales hire to lead our European expansion in streaming platforms, connected TV publishers, and other advanced media owners.
This is a quota-carrying, senior IC role. You’ll own the full cycle from outbound prospecting to exec alignment to commercial negotiation. You’ll partner closely with leadership, product, and marketing to shape our vertical strategy, test new narratives, and turn early wins into repeatable growth. We're looking for someone who’s sold software into media companies and knows how to translate operational pain into enterprise SaaS revenue.
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
You’re a rare mix: part storyteller, part builder, part systems thinker. You can write a killer one-liner and wire up the APIs and customized AI tools to measure impact. You’re not afraid to go deep — into the pitch or the platform.
- 8–12 years in enterprise SaaS sales, ideally in martech, adtech, or workflow automation
- Experience selling into publishers or media owners (streaming, CTV, digital media platforms, retail media)
- Proven success managing 6–12 month deal cycles with multiple stakeholders
- Strong command of ROI selling — you can tie platform capabilities to revenue and cost outcomes
- Familiarity with adtech stack elements (SSPs, ad servers, analytics) and their operational bottlenecks
- Confidence working with operational and technical buyers: ad ops, product, yield, engineering, data
- A builder’s mindset — you’re comfortable with ambiguity and motivated to shape process, not follow it
- A strong communicator who knows how to ask sharp questions, listen for real pain, and drive urgency
- Experience with AI/ML platforms or workflow automation
- Know how to use the latest AI-based sales tools to shorten sales cycles (Clay, Apollo, ChatGPT, Salesloft, Fireflies, Decktopus, etc.)
- Familiarity with no-code platforms or API-driven integration sales
- Technical fluency: you can talk APIs, automations, and data flows (with support from pre-sales/engineering)
