Esports Operations Manager (Yuangguang 84)
Job Summary
Job Description
Responsible for exploring and establishing the domestic esports system for "Yuangguang 84", and formulating long-term development strategies. This includes creating strategies for core esports events, combining product characteristics and user insights to lead the completion of creative planning solutions for events, and assisting in game distribution. The role involves identifying the needs of different types of esports users and developing strategies, as well as establishing event viewing metrics and monitoring mechanisms to optimize indicators based on user feedback and event data, promoting the promotion and dissemination of event content and topics on external platforms and communities.

1. 探索并搭建《远光84》的国内赛事体系，制定长线发展策略。 2. 负责核心赛事的策略制定，结合产品特性与用户洞察，主导完成赛事的创意策划方案，助力游戏发行。 3. 能够挖掘不同类型赛事用户的需求并制定策略，并建立赛事观赏性指标及监测机制，根据用户反馈及赛事数据对各项指标调优，推动赛事内容及话题在外部平台与社区的宣发传播。
