Job Description

The Executive Assistant will play an integral role in increasing capacity of the Exec Office, the ELT admin community, and the firm as a whole. This role will support the Exec Office and ELT admin community. Responsibilities include strong calendar management, booking complex travel, supporting ELT events, drafting communications, and serving as an information resource. The role requires attention to detail, excellent communication, prioritization skills, teamwork, and a self-starting mentality, while managing sensitive information discretely.
Must Have:
  • Strong calendar management for the exec office
  • Booking complex travel itineraries and managing travel details such as visas, welcome letters, etc.
  • Supporting ELT events and FTF's
  • Drafting clear, concise written communications
  • Serving as an information resource/communication channel for policies and procedures for ELT admin
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and respond to multiple critical ARs
  • Excellent teamwork skills
  • Strong self-starting mentality
  • Comfortable working with all levels of execs, both internally and externally
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information discretely
  • Minimum of 7+ years in related administrative experience or as a senior level admin in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Strong proficiency and experience working with all Microsoft tools, Intel tools, purchasing and financial systems
  • Expertise in MSFT Office apps, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Experience with MSFT Teams
  • Experience booking complex domestic and international travel
