The Executive Assistant will manage a complex calendar, coordinate domestic and international travel, and handle expense reports. This role involves planning internal meetings and events, supporting special projects across the Sales organization, and managing relationships with strategic partners. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
Must Have:- Handling a complex calendar with accuracy and timeliness
- Planning and executing internal meetings, events, and off sites
- Coordinating domestic and international travel plans end-to-end
- Preparing and reconciling expense reports
- Assisting with special projects across the Sales organization
- Managing relationships with strategic partners, vendors, and suppliers
- Excellent organizational, analytical, secretarial, and communication skills
- Demonstrated project-management and problem-solving skills
- Aptitude to apply sound judgment and diplomacy
- Ability to work independently without significant oversight
- Maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive material
- Ability to work successfully in a team environment
- 10 years of experience using Microsoft Office
- 10+ years executive/administrative assistant experience
- College or Bachelor's degree required
- Strong administrative skills and business focused mindset
- Native level Japanese Language proficiency
- Business level English language proficiency
