We are seeking a highly organised Executive Assistant to provide crucial administrative and personal support to three executive Radio leaders based in Pyrmont. This vital role ensures seamless operations and contributes significantly to our positive corporate image by managing diaries, appointments, travel, preparing reports, coordinating events, and supporting sales and HR administration.
Must have:
  • Provide confidential administrative support to Directors.
  • Manage diaries, appointments, and travel.
  • Prepare accurate reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate special events and meetings.
  • Support the sales team and wider executive team.
  • Assist HR with administration and reporting.
  • Proven experience providing high-level administrative support to senior executives.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to navigate evolving work requirements.
  • A strong understanding of the sales function of a business.

Job Description
