Must Have

  • Manage complex scheduling and calendars for the Chief Growth Officer.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel.
  • Oversee expense management for the Chief Growth Officer.
  • Serve as primary point of contact and liaison between the CGO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Organize and prepare materials for high-level meetings, board discussions, and business development activities.
  • Capture key outcomes and drive follow-up on action items.
  • Provide organizational support for strategic initiatives and special projects.
  • Draft, edit, and format correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion, sound judgment, and reliability.
  • Proven experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and complete assignments with minimal follow-up.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple demands simultaneously.
  • Advanced computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, PowerBI, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong relationship-building abilities.
  • Proven ability to deliver results under pressure, take ownership, and solve problems with creativity and efficiency.
  • Professional maturity, discretion, and a track record of handling confidential information responsibly.

ABOUT THE POSITION

We are seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Executive Assistant to support Fluence’s Chief Growth Officer (CGO). This is a dynamic, fast-paced role at the center of our growth strategy, providing direct administrative and strategic support to a senior leader driving business development, partnerships, and global expansion.

The Executive Assistant will act as a trusted partner, ensuring the CGO’s priorities are executed seamlessly through expert calendar management, meeting coordination, travel and expense support, and preparation of materials for both internal and external engagements. This role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and initiative, along with the ability to anticipate needs and manage competing priorities with precision.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Executive Support: Manage complex scheduling and calendars, coordinate domestic and international travel, and oversee expense management for the Chief Growth Officer.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact and liaison between the CGO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring communications are handled with professionalism and discretion.
  • Meeting & Event Management: Organize and prepare materials for high-level meetings, board discussions, and business development activities; capture key outcomes and drive follow-up on action items.
  • Project & Initiative Support: Provide organizational support for strategic initiatives and special projects, ensuring timely progress against priorities.
  • Document & Presentation Preparation: Draft, edit, and format correspondence, reports, and presentations to support business development and growth efforts.
  • Confidentiality & Judgment: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion, sound judgment, and reliability.
