As our new Executive Producer working on MindsEye, you will lead the production of our very own AAA IP. You will work closely with production leadership, and the development team to deliver a world class gaming experience.
Key Responsibilities
Strategize with production leadership, craft leaders and other key stakeholders to define and drive multiple game features, ensuring alignment with the studio’s goals.
Lead, manage and build schedules for multiple features, partnering with craft and production leads to determine resources, timelines, and maintaining roadmaps with consideration for dependencies across various teams.
Oversee the shipping of features on time, to a high degree of quality and fun, ensuring that deliverables meet the strategic goals of the studio.
Provide executive-level communication with the production team, feature owners, stakeholders, and external partners, offering insights on feature status, risks, opportunities, and overall vision.
Direct and oversee robust review cycles for each milestone and deliverable, identifying areas for improvement and risks, and driving solutions with stakeholders
Guide collaboration with design, insight, and product teams to define and refine exceptional gameplay experiences, utilizing player feedback, market trends, and data-driven insights.
Manage, mentor and develop production team members, fostering growth, innovation and improvements in processes and best practices.
Assume a leadership role in unassigned responsibilities within the scope of feature delivery, ensuring full coverage of essential tasks, and demonstrating proactive problem-solving.
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in game production with at least 3 years in a senior producer role or equivalent
Shipped multiple games through full development cycles, with at least 1 title on Gen 8/9
Expertise with production tools, agile methodologies, project management software, and common game development methods
Experience working on projects with more than 50 people
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with experience in effectively collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders, including C-level executives.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and overcome complex challenges, and to propose and drive solutions with necessary stakeholders.
Proven ability to lead and coordinate teams, balancing multiple tasks and priorities to meet deadlines.
A demonstrated commitment to user-centered design and quality assurance, with an understanding of the player’s needs and expectations.
Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Ability to foster a collaborative, innovative, and positive working environment across various disciplines.
A genuine passion for gaming, understanding of gaming trends, and alignment with the company's mission and values.
