Job Description
This role involves leading tolling logistics operations for an assigned unit, including regular travel for detailed reviews with tollers. Responsibilities include ensuring volume delivery, monitoring loading/unloading at three sites, generating invoices and E-Waybills, assisting in production, creating shipments, ensuring shipment costing, and monitoring production planning. The role also requires conducting audits and maintaining high ethical standards with tollers and transporters. Candidates should be graduates with expertise in SAP logistics module (TM Module) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Must Have:
- Lead tolling logistics operations for the assigned unit.
- Travel on a regular and frequent basis to the assigned units and undertake detailed reviews with the toller.
- Ensure delivery of required volumes in line with sales requirements and targets.
- Monitor loading & unloading for 3 tolling sites.
- Generate Invoice.
- Generate E Waybill and all necessary documents related to dispatches.
- Assist Senior Production Supervisor is day to day production activity.
- Creation of shipment as per dispatch plan.
- Ensure 100% shipment costing is triggered.
- Monitor production planning & coupon dispensing activity.
- Conduct audits for the tolling units and other relevant sites.
- Demonstrate high level of ethical standard in handling tollers and transporters.

Your expertise - Our strength
- Graduate In Any Stream.
- Work on SAP system on logistics module (TM Module)
- Good understanding on Microsoft Excel and Word.
