Examples of tasks you will work on as part of the team:

We work closely with the leading organizations in the region, covering a wide range of industries such as energy, utilities, telecommunications and technology, consumer goods, shipping, industrial products and services among others. We deliver a mix of strategy consulting projects, including but not limited to, business and organization strategy, commercial due diligence, value creation and post-merger integration plans, as well as design and implementation support for large transformation programmes.

As a member of the Strategy team, you will have:

As we continuously grow our practice, we are looking for Experienced Associates and Senior Associates with experience on energy regulatory issues and operation of energy markets to join our Strategy team in Athens.

In this sector we combine energy industry knowledge with subject matter expertise and extensive experience indicatively in corporate strategy, business planning, assessment of new green technologies, innovative energy market instruments, design and implementation of new energy market models and support on regulatory and energy policy areas.

You will have the chance to be a member of large projects around the areas of energy regulation, energy markets operation and strategies, energy financing initiatives and assessment of energy business plans.

What we are looking for:
 

  • Excellent academic background from a Greek or foreign university (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree) 
  • Ability to structure and solve complex problems with analytical thinking
  • Personal drive and motivation to make an impact
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and create inclusive environment with people at all levels of an organization, along with capability to drive an independent piece of work in the context of a wider team
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and fluently both in Greek and English
  • Curiosity, creativity, eagerness to learn and passion for new challenges
  • Confidence, positive attitude and commitment in providing excellent quality work
  • Proven experience of one (1) to three (3) years on energy regulatory issues will be highly considered.
  • Military obligations fulfilled
