Private Clients at PwC Poland is a team of 15 tax experts. We provide comprehensive support services for both businesses and private individuals, focusing on aspects related to wealth creation, protection, and transfer. We specialize in succession planning (including the use of family foundations) and supporting entrepreneurs in finding and implementing solutions that ensure the tax efficiency of their operations. We support our clients in capital transactions, including: acquisitions and disposals of companies and enterprises, reorganization of capital structures including mergers, divisions, and transformations, and real estate transactions. Our advice covers both aspects of Polish tax law and international law. We also provide ongoing advisory services in the area of income taxes (including withholding tax).
We are looking for:
Senior Consultant
Your future role:
- Analysis of regulations, interpretations of tax authorities, and case law to assess the tax implications of specific transactions.
- Preparation of draft advice, letters in tax proceedings and court disputes, as well as participation in handling tax audits.
- Active participation in transactional and reorganization projects.
- Participation in projects for private entrepreneurs and family businesses - including those related to succession planning.
- Ongoing, daily service for regular Polish and foreign clients.
- Cooperation with other PwC teams in Poland and abroad.
- Engaging less experienced team members, supervising their work, and supporting their development.
Apply if you:
- Have 3-5 years of experience in tax advisory.
- Have higher education (preferred: legal, financial, or economic).
- Have knowledge of CIT taxes (including international regulations), VAT, PCC, and want to deepen your knowledge in all key taxes.
- Have a very good command of English (min. B2).
- Are characterized by responsibility for assigned tasks, commitment, and inquisitiveness.
- Have analytical skills, the ability to identify problems, and actively seek solutions.
- Have developed interpersonal skills, the ability to work in a team, and effective communication with colleagues, as well as a readiness to develop skills in client contact and with their advisors.
Welcome additions:
- Tax advisor or legal counsel qualifications.
- Knowledge of additional foreign languages.
