Must Have

• Complete management of Cadastral processes and cadastral variation practices.
• Development and presentation of all necessary technical-bureaucratic practices (e.g., Building Permits, SCIA, CILA, End of Works, Usability).
• Organization, updating, and maintenance of paper and digital technical archives (project and construction site documentation).
• Previous and proven experience in the role, with a particular focus on cadastral and bureaucratic practices.
• Operational mastery and autonomy in using AUTOCAD software for the elaboration and modification of technical drawings.
• Precision, reliability, and strong autonomy in managing deadlines and bureaucratic compliance.
• Upper secondary education.
