Execute organization’s Facilities programs to ensure a safe, healthy and zero-incident work environment, including ensuring compliance with FOX safety policies by all employees, contractors, and visitors.

- The first Factory point of contact for visitors and provides support with reception, security, technician, badge creation, ordering supplies and shared facilities management
- Performs facilities department support activities such as office /furniture/equipment supplies ordering, storing, badge creation, inventory vendor scheduling/coordinating meetings, activities, and events, receives, and sorts daily mail/deliveries
- Compile and process data related to budgets. Maintain records for Facilities function
- Effectively gathers information, requests and answers questions while adhering to confidentiality guidelines
- Supports programs and/or processes specific to the facility such as troubleshooting, repairing, preventative maintenance, minor mechanical, electrical, and plumbing repairs on any utilities found within the facility
- Serves as liaison within and outside the company regarding facilities issues
- Performs other duties as assigned or required
- Knowledge of Production and Processing.
- Ability to analyze and problem-solve complex data and issues with continual process improvement focus.
- Works closely with the EHS team to ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols.
- Demonstrated success in the application of safety standards, compliance with safety regulations, and the promotion of a safe working environment.
- Good working knowledge of PC applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience:
3+ years of Facilities experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
2 + years of experience with hazardous waste management and hazard communication preferred.
Vision abilities required to validate and enter data on a computer.
Office- Facilities Environment
Ability to sit for long periods of time- Walking for long periods of time
Extensive phone usage
