About the Role:

The Flow Farmer's Market has returned to Flow Miami and is launching in Flow Brickell! We are seeking seasonal operational support on Sundays from 7am-4pm to assist with vendor setup and breakdown while providing a welcoming presence and environment to all who visit the market.

Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site support for Flow Farmer's Market, including setup and breakdown of tents, running electrical cables and coordinating with vendors
• Create a warm, welcoming environment for all vendors and visitors to the market
• Collaborate with Flow team members to ensure smooth operations throughout the duration of the market
• Assist with additional administrative and support tasks as needed

Ideal Background:

• Availability to work Sundays in Downtown Miami or Brickell from 7am to 4pm
• Ability to lift, push and pull 50+ pounds independently
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and help others
