Job Description

Sitecore is seeking a Field & Partner Marketing Manager to drive pipeline creation through marketing programs and partner collaboration. This high-visibility role involves developing and executing integrated field marketing plans, supporting the full marketing and sales funnel, and partnering closely with sales and SDR teams. Responsibilities include planning events, measuring campaign performance, leveraging intent data for ABM strategy, and advising sales leadership. The ideal candidate thrives on building campaigns, driving engagement, and turning insights into action.
Must Have:
  • Drive Net New demand generation for the AMER region aligned with go-to-market priorities
  • Develop and execute integrated field marketing plans that increase awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth
  • Support the full marketing and sales funnel — from awareness to closed-won — by creating programs that accelerate Net New business growth and align closely with sales targets and revenue goals
  • Partner closely with sales, SDRs, and partner teams to accelerate pipeline and conversion goals
  • Plan and deliver field events, executive roundtables, webinars, and digital activations that generate demand and build relationships
  • Measure and report on campaign performance, pipeline impact, and ROI using tools such as Power BI and Salesforce
  • Leverage intent data and account insights to refine targeting, messaging, and ABM strategy
  • Serve as a trusted marketing advisor to sales leadership, providing insight and recommendations based on data and market trends
  • Proven success in field roles focused on pipeline generation
  • Strong understanding of ABM, intent data, and funnel acceleration strategies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, 6sense)
