Finance Director

The Finance Director will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies aligned with NAPHORA’s growth goals and operational objectives. This role involves expert management of cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. The director will oversee financial reporting, ensure compliance with accounting standards, handle tax planning, and provide strategic financial insights for investments. Collaboration with leadership, evaluation of financial risks, and management of in-game revenue streams are also key responsibilities. The director will manage and mentor the finance team.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with NAPHORA’s growth goals and operational objectives.

• Expertly manage cash flow, ensuring liquidity to support ongoing projects, investments, and operations.

•  Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across NAPHORA and its SPVs, ensuring efficient resource allocation.

• Oversee financial reporting, ensuring compliance with local and international accounting standards.

• Handle tax planning, compliance, and optimization, with a focus on gaming platforms and digital distribution channels like Steam, Epic, and console stores.

• Provide strategic financial insights to support investment initiatives and partnerships.

• Collaborate with leadership to align financial operations with the company’s publishing and B2B services.

• Evaluate financial risks and implement strong internal controls to protect company assets.

• Ensure smooth financial operations for in-game revenue streams, including in-app purchases, subscriptions, and royalty payments.

• Manage and mentor the finance team, promoting a culture of accountability and growth.

Qualifications :

• Proven expertise in managing financial operations for game publishers or similar digital industries.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong understanding of tax regulations related to gaming platforms (e.g., Steam, Epic, PlayStation, App Store).

• Experience with in-game monetization revenue streams, royalties, and platform-specific financial models.
