Job Description
The Finance Director will develop and implement financial strategies aligned with NAPHORA’s growth goals and operational objectives. They will manage cash flow, ensuring liquidity for projects, investments, and operations. This role involves leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across NAPHORA and its SPVs, ensuring efficient resource allocation. The director will oversee financial reporting, ensure compliance with accounting standards, handle tax planning, and provide financial insights for investment initiatives. They will collaborate with leadership, evaluate financial risks, ensure smooth financial operations for in-game revenue, and manage the finance team. The candidate should have expertise in managing financial operations in game publishing or digital industries.

Responsibilities :
Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with NAPHORA’s growth goals and operational objectives.
Expertly manage cash flow, ensuring liquidity to support ongoing projects, investments, and operations.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across NAPHORA and its SPVs, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
Oversee financial reporting, ensuring compliance with local and international accounting standards.
Handle tax planning, compliance, and optimization, with a focus on gaming platforms and digital distribution channels like Steam, Epic, and console stores.
Provide strategic financial insights to support investment initiatives and partnerships.
Collaborate with leadership to align financial operations with the company’s publishing and B2B services.
Evaluate financial risks and implement strong internal controls to protect company assets.
Ensure smooth financial operations for in-game revenue streams, including in-app purchases, subscriptions, and royalty payments.
Manage and mentor the finance team, promoting a culture of accountability and growth.
Qualifications :
Proven expertise in managing financial operations for game publishers or similar digital industries.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of tax regulations related to gaming platforms (e.g., Steam, Epic, PlayStation, App Store).
Experience with in-game monetization revenue streams, royalties, and platform-specific financial models.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset.
Proficiency in financial tools, software, and ERP systems.
Passion for gaming and familiarity with the gaming industry’s unique financial challenges.
