Job Summary
We are seeking an exceptionally creative Concept Artist to lead the visual production of creatives for our prototype testing efforts. You will be at the heart of our creative validation strategy — crafting, iterating, and refining dozens of visual ideas each week to fuel marketing campaigns and user acquisition experiments. Responsibilities include designing and producing high-impact creatives for new game prototypes, delivering dozens of creative variations weekly, and working closely with UA and marketing teams to align creatives with test hypotheses. You will also rapidly iterate based on performance data and feedback, maintain a strong understanding of game trends, and ensure creatives resonate with target audiences.
Must Have
- 3+ years experience as Concept Artist/Creative Producer
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Strong understanding of UA and marketing
- Portfolio showcasing high-velocity creative output
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Good to Have
- Ideally in mobile games or digital ads
- Bonus for simple motion mockups
- Ability to work under tight deadlines

Responsibilities :
Design and produce high-impact, visually compelling creatives for new game prototypes .
Deliver dozens of creative variations weekly (static images, storyboards, simple mockups) .
Work closely with UA and marketing teams to align creatives with test hypotheses
Rapidly iterate based on performance data and feedback .
Maintain a strong understanding of casual, hypercasual, and midcore game trends .
Ensure creatives resonate with target audiences across channels (Meta, TikTok, Snap) .
Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques relevant to game development.
Participate in team meetings and provide input on visuals, timelines .
Qualifications :
3+ years experience as a Concept Artist / Creative Producer, ideally in mobile games or digital ads .
Self-motivated and able to work independently .
Strong understanding of user acquisition, marketing funnels, and what makes a creative perform .
Portfolio showcasing high-velocity creative output and versatility of style .
Highly fluent in UA team dynamics and marketing requirements .
Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects (bonus for simple motion mockups) .
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset .
Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to feedback .
