Job Summary

Kforce is seeking a Finance Systems Administrator for a client in Saint Louis, MO. This role involves serving as the primary technical and functional expert for OneStream and Sage platforms, partnering with finance, accounting, and IT teams to enhance budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, and reporting. The administrator will manage system performance, user access, design reports, ensure data accuracy, and oversee system upgrades, contributing significantly to financial operations and strategic decision-making.

Must Have

  • Serve as primary administrator and SME for OneStream and Sage platforms.
  • Manage user access, security roles, metadata, hierarchies, and cube structures.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot integration, workflow, and access issues.
  • Design and enhance reports, dashboards, forms, and business rules.
  • Ensure data accuracy through validation, reconciliation, and compliance with audit requirements.
  • Oversee system upgrades, including planning, testing, and stakeholder communication.
  • Develop user training materials, documentation, and promote best practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3-5+ years of hands-on experience administering OneStream XF.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes including consolidation, reporting, planning, and forecasting.
  • Proficiency in creating dashboards, reports, and cube views within OneStream.
  • Familiarity with data integrations (e.g., SQL, flat files, APIs, ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Workday).
  • Experience developing or modifying business rules using VB.NET or related scripting languages.

Good to Have

  • OneStream certification(s) or formal training preferred.
  • Experience working in a multinational or multi-entity corporate environment preferred.

The ideal candidate will serve as the primary technical and functional expert for OneStream, partnering closely with finance, accounting, and IT teams to drive continuous improvement and efficiency in budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, and reporting. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive systems professional to make a measurable impact on financial operations and strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary administrator and SME for the OneStream and Sage platforms
  • Manage user access, security roles, metadata, hierarchies, and cube structures
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot integration, workflow, and access issues
  • Design and enhance reports, dashboards, forms, and business rules in collaboration with Finance, Accounting, and IT
  • Ensure data accuracy through validation, reconciliation, and compliance with audit requirements
  • Oversee system upgrades, including planning, testing, and stakeholder communication
  • Develop user training materials, documentation, and promote best practices
  • Stay current on new platform features and manage governance or policy updates across tools

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 3-5+ years of hands-on experience administering OneStream XF, preferably in a dedicated capacity
  • Strong understanding of financial processes including consolidation, reporting, planning, and forecasting
  • Proficiency in creating dashboards, reports, and cube views within OneStream
  • Familiarity with data integrations (e.g., SQL, flat files, APIs, ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Workday)
  • Experience developing or modifying business rules using VB.NET or related scripting languages
  • OneStream certification(s) or formal training preferred
  • Experience working in a multinational or multi-entity corporate environment preferred
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
