Work on international projects and assist clients in developing interactive reports by designing and implementing key performance indicators, leveraging various dashboarding tools and modern technologies for data analysis.
Provide expert guidance on complex accounting treatments, including building financial models and advising on accounting framework conversions, the application of new standards, and transaction accounting.
Offer recommendations for accounting policies, assist with post-deal accounting, valuations, and prepare carve-out financial statements.
Support capital market transactions such as IPOs, equity and debt offerings, and mergers & acquisitions for listed companies.
Oversee the work of junior team members, mentoring and contributing to their professional growth and skill development.
Skills and Qualifications:
University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Advanced written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in reporting, audit support, or a similar role.
Good understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
Proficiency in MS Excel
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on execution.
Attention to detail and eagerness to dive into new topics and acquire new skills.
Highly adaptable and open to change.
