The Fixed Assets Supervisor will manage and control all operations related to fixed assets, ensuring compliance with USGAAP and local standards. Key responsibilities include controlling investment creation, periodic depreciation, capitalization of CWIP assets, disposal of SCRAP assets, and inter-group asset transfers. The role also involves ensuring physical inventory and providing audit support. Candidates should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting, at least 3 years of experience, and strong fiscal and accounting knowledge.
Must Have:
Control the creation of investments.
Control the generation of periodic depreciation.
Control the capitalization of CWIP assets, monitor asset creation, and assign depreciation life cycles according to local standards.
Control the disposal of SCRAP assets.
Control inter-group asset transfers, validate the corresponding accounting schemes, and ensure complete documentation.
Ensure the physical inventory of fixed assets, as well as inventory reports and minutes.
Ensure compliance with USGAAP and local standards relating to fixed assets.
Provide the necessary support in the event of a fixed asset audit.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting or equivalent.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
Good fiscality and accounting knowledge.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Good verbal and written communication in English.
