Job Summary
The Data Analyst in the Fixed Income team monitors market events, maintains bonds, develops relationships with market participants, ensures high data quality, and performs quality control checks. This role involves using internal databases and applications, partnering with various internal teams, and responding to client questions. The position is crucial for presenting accurate information about convertible bond adjustments in the flagship product, Workspace, supporting international banks and asset managers in their business decisions.

Job Description
The position you are applying for is Data Analyst in Fixed Income team. You will join the team of around 30 colleagues in multiple locations in Europe (core location in Gdynia, Poland). Altogether, your major responsibility will be to monitor market events and maintenance of bonds, develop relationship with market participants, maintain high quality of our data, and perform quality control checks and respond to client questions. You will also be using our internal databases, applications, and products. You will be much exposed to partner with a number of internal teams, which makes this job diverse and gives opportunity to learn constantly.
Why is this job important:
It is imperative to be able to present the accurate info about adjustments to convertible bonds as soon as those are announced in our flagship product, Workspace. Our customers, mostly international banks and asset managers, take advantage of your expertise to take their business decisions every day.
How our daily work looks like:
As Fixed Income team, we are monitoring sources for fixed income instruments across EMEA markets, and updating terms and conditions in our database. We are responsible for data quality, accuracy, timeliness and completeness. We have an expectation of effective work within the team and by ourselves, proactively identifying and resolving problems, as well as responding to client queries. We collaborate with Fixed Income SMAs and Specialists. On an occasion Data Analysts are leading small projects to gain more experience as content analysts. There is also plenty of opportunities to work closely on automations and to collaborate with database developers (e.g. providing feedback).
What do you need to bring:
- Knowledge of Fixed Income
- Very good knowledge of English + Turkish
- Experience in sourcing data
- Experience in Customer Support (e.g. replying to clients queries)
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
- Practical knowledge of SQL
- Attention to details
You will be even more competitive if you have:
- Experience with validating accuracy
- Knowledge of corporate actions
- Worked with data feeds or with developers
