Fulfillment Associate (Part-Time / Seasonal)

Job Summary:

The Seasonal Fulfillment Associate is an integral part of the merchandising team and is primarily responsible for the day to day operations of the Meow Wolf online shop, primarily fulfillment of online orders.

The position also focuses on customer service, which includes tracking order status, and handling returns and exchanges. The position provides support for the E-Commerce Manager and the rest of the merch team by assisting with order fulfillment, inventory management, and other miscellaneous tasks as needed.

The Seasonal Fulfillment Associate is the connection between our customers and Meow Wolf. All work must be done in a timely and professional manner to ensure happy customers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• Assist receiving, processing, and storing merchandise
• Assist in online returns and exchanges
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
• Assess customer needs and make decisions to create a pleasant and memorable experience for all customers.
• Count/receive inventory, ensure quality control, help with loading in/loading out of inventory
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily order quotas
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma
• Minimum of one year experience with shipping and fulfillment, including shipping management software
• Flexibility & attention to detail
• Creative problem solving skills and accountability
• Effective communication skills
• Proficiency with Google Suite preferred
• Experience with order fulfillment software (i.e. ShipStation) preferred

Work Environment & Physical Demands:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed must be representative of the knowledge, skills, minimum education, training, licensure, experience, and/or ability required.

Work environment

This position works primarily in an indoor warehouse setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and scanners.

Physical demands

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Physical ability to walk, stand, take stairs/slides/elevators, and navigate the elements during the day and night. Employee may be required to remain in a sitting or standing position for prolonged periods, and repeat motions that may include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.

Work Schedule

This is a part-time seasonal position with a flexible schedule which includes weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays. The tentative end date for this seasonal position is 12/19/2025.

Supervisory Responsibility

This position does not require supervisory responsibility.

Travel is not required for this position.
