Job Summary
The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for cross-functional management within operations, serving all businesses, involving complex and highly visible projects. This role optimizes the company's entire supply chain using methodologies like S&OP for serial lines and project support, ensuring operational efficiency, cost reduction, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing planning, procurement of inputs and transport/logistics services, generating performance indicators (KPIs), distribution, and inventory management, collaborating closely with production, purchasing, engineering, and finance to align strategies and corporate goals, and leading a multifunctional team.
Must Have
- Manage logistics, foreign trade, warehouse, and material management teams.
- Manage internal and external inventories and suppliers for timely, quality delivery.
- Ensure demand planning, control, and coordination of material supply.
- Implement effective supply chain strategies from planning to reverse logistics.
- Manage strategies for definitions and restructurings in logistics, foreign trade, and material management.
- Cooperate with S&OP strategy.
- Implement new logistics chain management platforms.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for production, inventory, turn rate, fill rate, forecast, and logistics costs.
- Manage projects to reduce logistics costs and expenses for greater efficiency.
- Manage multidisciplinary professionals, defining work standards.
- Bachelor's Degree in Administration or related fields.
- Fluent English.
- Experience in the entire supply chain logistics chain.
- Managerial experience with KPIs and agile methodology.
- Experience in people management.

Supply Chain Manager
This position is on-site at our São Bernardo do Campo unit.
Summary
Will be responsible for transversal management within operations, serving all businesses, involving complex and highly visible projects, in addition to optimizing the company's entire supply chain, making use of methodologies such as S&OP for serial lines and support for projects, ensuring operational efficiency, cost reduction and customer satisfaction. Will manage planning activities, acquisition of inputs and transport and logistics services, generation of performance indicators (KPIs), distribution and inventory management, in addition to working closely with other areas such as production, purchasing, engineering and finance to align corporate strategies and goals and manage a multifunctional team.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage logistics, foreign trade, warehouse, material management (receiving, inspection and dispatch) teams.
- Manage internal and external inventories and suppliers to ensure timely delivery, with quality of materials, products and services, aiming at cost reduction.
- Responsible for ensuring demand planning, control and coordination of material supply.
- Implement effective strategies throughout the supply chain, from material supply planning, import, receipt, dispatch, storage, foreign trade, reverse logistics, using agile methodologies.
- Manage strategies for definitions and restructurings of the logistics, foreign trade and material management areas.
- Cooperate with the S&OP strategy.
- Implement new management platforms in the logistics chain.
- Responsible for monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) for production, inventory, turn rate, fill rate, forecast and logistics costs.
- Project management, aiming at managing and reducing costs and expenses of the logistics chain for greater operational efficiency and strategy.
- Manage multidisciplinary professionals, defining work standards linked to business and customer challenges.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Administration or related fields.
- Fluent English.
- Experience in the entire supply chain logistics chain.
- Managerial experience with KPIs and agile methodology.
- Experience in people management.
