Job Summary
Grab is seeking an Associate, Driver Communication Management to develop and execute content strategies across various platforms like websites, blogs, and social media. This role involves managing communication campaigns, utilizing diverse communication tools, and collaborating with cross-functional teams including design, operations, and marketing. The associate will be responsible for crafting clear messages, analyzing campaign performance, and leading junior team members. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, critical thinking, and project leadership skills, contributing to Grab's mission of economically empowering Southeast Asia.
Must Have
- Create a content strategy on a variety of platforms including websites, blogs and social media
- Develop and manage communications requests/campaigns and delivery
- Utilize effective communication tools and medium (in-app, SMS, social media, blog, etc.)
- Work closely with graphic design and production team
- Work closely with driver community team and other departments (Creative, Operations, Marketing)
- Support local strategic projects and communication needs
- Craft clear and well-written messages quickly
- Analyze campaign and content performance and identify solutions to improve
- Lead and mentor junior content team members
- Act as a key stakeholder in strategic discussions, offering communication insights
- Oversee content execution ensuring alignment with brand and business goals
- Experience as a hands-on content writer
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (both Thai and English)
- Critical thinking and own opinions
- Enjoy working as part of a team
- Start-up attitudes (willing to work hard to get things done)
- Proven ability to lead projects independently, with a sense of ownership and strategic mindset
- Experience guiding and supporting junior teammates or cross-functional partners
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities
- Confident in presenting ideas to leadership and championing content strategies at a senior level

Job Description
- Create a content strategy on a variety of platforms including websites, blogs and social media to expand a company's communications in a way that achieves certain goals like traffic or product adoption.
- Develop and manage communications requests/campaigns and delivery with detail oriented, responsible, able to work under pressure and under deadlines.
- Utilize effective communication tools and medium (in-app, SMS, social media, blog, etc.) for publishing communications/campaigns.
- Work closely with graphic design and production team to ensure effective communication.
- Also, work closely with driver community team and other departments (Creative, Operations, Marketing) to ensure tasks are on points to business needs for minimizing risk of misunderstanding.
- Support local strategic projects and communication needs for different projects (ad-hoc or otherwise)
- Crafting clear and well-written messages quickly which are delivered clear and impactful.
- Analyze campaign and content performance on feed and be able to identify solutions on how to improve upon
- Lead and mentor junior content team members, providing guidance, feedback, and support to elevate team capabilities.
- Act as a key stakeholder in strategic discussions, offering communication insights to shape business direction.
- Oversee content execution with a high-level view, ensuring alignment with broader brand and business goals.
Qualifications
- Having experience as a hands-on content writer with education background from Marketing, Creative, Journalism & Communication, or any related field (New grads are welcome)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (both Thai and English)
- Critical thinking and own opinions to help business move forward in a fast-paced environment.
- Enjoy working as part of a team.
