Full Stack Developer - Healthcare Tech

Job Title: Full Stack Developer – Health Tech AI 

Location: Gurugram – Hybrid

Position Overview: 

The Full Stack Developer will be instrumental in building and scaling AI-driven tools used in healthcare processes. This role involves the full software development lifecycle, from design and development to deployment and maintenance of our health tech applications. Ideal candidates will have robust experience in modern programming languages and cloud environments, with a strong preference for backgrounds in healthcare technology. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Development and Design: Develop and maintain scalable and efficient full stack applications using Python, Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript. Ensure that both front-end and back-end architectures support the strategic goals of our healthcare products. 

• Code Integration: Seamlessly integrate front-end UI with the constructed APIs. Ensure that the application components are fully functional and perform optimally with each other. 

• Testing and Deployment: Implement robust testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines to ensure the high quality and reliability of software products. Use Azure cloud services for deploying and managing applications. 

• Performance Optimization: Monitor, update, and optimize application performance across multiple platforms and devices. 

• Collaboration and Support: Work closely with product managers, analysts, and designers to ensure system consistency and improve user experience. Support the product development lifecycle through participation in design sprints and review sessions. 

• Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentoring to other team members. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies and apply them to operations and activities within the organization. 

Minimum Qualifications: 

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in full stack development using Python, Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript. 

• Proven track record of developing and managing web applications and APIs. 

• Strong experience with cloud services, particularly Microsoft Azure, including Azure DevOps, App Services, and other Azure management tools. 

• Familiarity with databases both SQL (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB). 

• Experience in an Agile development environment and understanding of SDLC practices. 

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work on complex software projects. 

• Experience in healthcare technology and understanding of regulatory environments such as HIPAA is a plus. 

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
