FY26 Facilities Maintenance Internship

Join Apple's Facilities Maintenance Team as an intern, contributing directly to projects that enhance campus functionality and efficiency. You'll collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and project management teams, learning maintenance and operations for systems like chiller plants and HVAC. Must Have

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial engineering or construction management
• Graduating in December 2026 or later
• 3.0 minimum GPA

Good to Have

• Familiar with reading mechanical/electrical prints
• Prior internship(s), group or personal project exposure, T/A and/or work experience
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Great attention to detail
• Willingness to learn
• Strong analytical thinking skills

As a Facilities Maintenance intern, you will be exposed to all aspects of maintaining Apple facilities. During the summer, you could:

• Collaborate with Apple’s mechanical, electrical, and project management teams
• Learn maintenance and operations for mechanical systems, including chiller plants, HVAC, and compressed air systems
• Learn to manage an OpEx budget with the Facilities Maintenance Manager
• Coordinate repairs and system outages with business units
• Analyze the health of mechanical and electrical infrastructure to responsibly forecast funds needed for maintenance and repairs

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering or construction management
• Graduating in December 2026 or later
• 3.0 minimum GPA
