The role involves designing game mechanics and elements, analyzing data and balancing gameplay, implementing content and features, creating project documentation, and collaborating with the team, especially the art director. Must Have:
- 5+ years of game design experience
- Experience in creating RPG games
- Technical and mathematical abilities
