Job Description
The job involves formulating publishing strategies for shooting end-game games in the South Korean market, including channel budget allocation, user communication, and platform cooperation. It also involves taking full responsibility for business cooperation with South Korean internet cafe channels and implementing strategies to leverage exposure resources, localization strategies, and user operation strategies within the channel. Furthermore, the role requires building and maintaining South Korean communities, understanding the needs of South Korean shooting end-game players through user interviews, online community communication, and offline events, and providing insights and support to the R&D team. The candidate should have over 2 years of experience in publishing end-game games in South Korea.

1. 参与制定韩国区域射击端游发行策略，包括渠道预算划分、用户沟通、平台合作等具体策略制定；
2. 全面负责韩国网吧渠道的商务合作和落地工作，充分挖掘该渠道下的曝光资源、本地化策略和用户运营策略；
3. 负责韩国社区的搭建和维护，通过用户访谈、线上社区沟通、线下活动等方式，挖掘韩国射击端游玩家需求，为研发团队提供洞察与支持。
岗位要求
岗位要求
1. 2年以上韩国端游发行经验，有过完整产品上线经验，射击游戏加分；
2. 对韩国的网吧渠道生态和社区生态有足够的了解和一定的资源；
3. 热爱游戏，射击游戏爱好者加分；
4. 韩语可以作为工作语言，有韩国留学/工作背景加分。
