Job Summary
Job Description
KRAFTON is looking for a Game Security Machine Learning Engineer to develop and improve models that detect and determine abnormal user behavior within the game. The role involves analyzing data to identify anomalies, establishing appropriate sanction measures, and working on data analysis and visualization to enhance the efficiency of the Anti-cheat system. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contributing to a fair and enjoyable gaming environment.
Must have:
- Experience in Machine learning, Deep learning, Statistics, or Computer Science.
- Experience in projects related to anomaly detection.
- Deep understanding of the data flow from log collection to model operation.
- Experience analyzing and customizing Machine learning models.
- Ability to perform feature engineering from log data.
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Deep understanding of big data platforms like Spark, Hadoop.
- Ability to find and improve problems.
- No issues with overseas travel.
Good to have:
- Experience in Anti-cheat using game data.
- Extensive experience in FPS games.
- Experience working in diverse cultural environments.

ML Eng Part에서는 대용량의 데이터를 활용하여 비정상 행동 패턴에 대해 빠르고 정확하게 모델링하여 대응합니다.

- 게임 내 비정상적인 유저 행동을 탐지하고 판별하는 모델 개발 및 개선
- 데이터 분석을 통해 이상 징후를 탐지하고 적절한 제재 방안 수립
- Anti-cheat 시스템의 효율성을 높이기 위한 데이터 분석 및 시각화 작업

- Machine learning, Deep learning, Statistics, Computer Science 등 관련 분야 학위 및 그에 준하는 실무 경험이 있으신 분
- 이상 탐지 관련 프로젝트 경험이 있으신 분
- 로그 데이터 수집부터 모델 운영까지 데이터 흐름을 깊이 이해하고, 관련 프로젝트를 관리할 수 있는 역량이 있으신 분
- Machine learning 및 Deep learning 모델의 내부 구조를 분석하고 특정 목적에 맞게 커스터마이징하여 성능을 향상 시킨 경험이 있으신 분
- 로그 데이터로부터 데이터 거버넌스와 확장성을 고려해서 피쳐 엔지니어링을 수행하실 수 있으신 분
- SQL을 능숙하게 사용할 수 있으신 분
- Spark, Hadoop 등 빅데이터 플랫폼에 대해 깊이 있는 이해를 가지신 분
- 스스로 문제점을 찾아내고 개선하는 데 익숙한 분
- 해외 출장에 결격 사유가 없는 분
