This position involves game design and content creation for our ongoing MMO title "FINAL FANTASY XIV". You will be responsible for creating and implementing game designs and content for a long-running title that continues to receive updates every few months.
With over 10 years since its official release, the number of players continues to grow for this long-running title. We are looking for individuals who can contribute to building new systems and gameplay that everyone can enjoy as a FINAL FANTASY theme park, creating the profound story and the battles and content that drive it, which are the pillars of the game!
- Game System Designer
- You will be responsible for creating a wide range of battle systems, including core game systems such as character growth systems, and planning and data creation for gameplay such as job designs.
- Specific duties:
- Proposing and planning game systems and battle systems, and creating data.
- Creating various planning documents and specification documents.
- Implementing various content and balancing adjustments.
- *You may also be involved in other planner duties after assessing your aptitude.*

This is a long-running MMO title enjoyed by players worldwide. While ensuring stable operation of existing systems, new gameplay is implemented in short cycles of 3-4 months. This allows for quick and frequent feedback from users, which can then be reflected in the work.
Required Skills and Experience
- Sufficient play experience to understand the mechanics of FINAL FANTASY XIV.
- Experience clearing the endgame content 'Savage' in FINAL FANTASY XIV.
- Ability to communicate smoothly in Japanese.
- Basic Excel skills.

- Deep knowledge of specific hobbies that surpasses others.
- Experience clearing 'Savage' and 'Ultimate' endgame content in FINAL FANTASY XIV with various battle jobs.
