Job Details

Feeling lost in a huge production offering you few chances to share your expertise or opinion? Join a 10-person programming team that expects you to voice your gameplay and AI recommendations and listens when you do.

Why Choose Reflector:

Make your mark on an iconic IP. Millions of fans will be counting down to the next installment of a cherished Bandai Namco franchise. Your job is to make sure the gameplay doesn’t disappoint.

Sharpen your skills. Push your programming talents to new heights while working your magic in Unreal Engine 5 and build on the knowledge you have to define Reflector’s programming standards.

Enjoy more than just meetings. We’re all for hybrid setups, but endless Teams calls aren’t our thing. We like to kick off milestones, collaborate, fast-track ideas, share progress (snacks, too!), and celebrate achievements live and in-person.

Feel supported on all fronts. Not only can you count on your team to help you solve the most creative of challenges, but we’ve also got you covered with generous health and dental coverage and ample time off starting from day one.

How You’ll Spend Your Days:

  • Dive into the technical aspects of the project’s gameplay to figure out what's possible, then make it happen.

  • Suggest practical improvements to our current processes that fit the project's needs.

  • Collaborate with designers and animators to tackle technical challenges and come up with solutions.

What You Offer:

  • At least three years of experience in gameplay programming for AA or AAA games, two of which having been spent working with Unreal Engine.

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or equivalent experience.
