Job Summary
N-iX is seeking a GenAI Delivery Growth Partner to bridge Delivery, PMs, Sales/BD, and their GenAI Value Lab. This role involves identifying and capitalizing on GenAI opportunities within 200+ delivery projects, ensuring structured GenAI work, pilots, and tool adoption. The partner will track key accounts, qualify GenAI opportunities, coordinate discovery, manage a GenAI pipeline, drive BlackBox tool adoption, and report on GenAI usage and opportunities to Delivery and Sales.
Must Have

- Make sure we don’t miss those opportunities.
- Track key accounts and projects.
- Understand pains, plans and risks of projects.
- Spot and qualify GenAI opportunities.
- Turn raw signals into clear briefs for the GenAI Value Lab.
- Coordinate discovery calls and follow-ups.
- Keep a simple GenAI opportunity pipeline.
- Work with license/tool owners to drive BlackBox adoption.
- Map who has licenses, who uses them, and where there are gaps or waste.
- Coordinate rollouts, onboarding and basic guardrails with Delivery.
- Build simple dashboards/views on GenAI usage and tool adoption.
- Prepare short updates for Delivery and Sales.
- Background in Business Analysis, Product, Project or Program Management.
- Experience in IT service business.
- Experience in Customer Success, Pre-Sales, or Account Management.
- Experience in Delivery, PMO, or EM with cross-account exposure.
- Solid understanding of software delivery in an outsourcing/consulting setup.
- Strong communication skills.
- Analytical mindset.
- Good business sense.
- Very strong coordination and follow-through.
- Able to travel abroad for business purposes.

- Experience with change management or tool adoption.
- Familiarity with GenAI tools and concepts.

Currently, we are looking for a GenAI Delivery Growth Partner to sit between Delivery, PMs, Sales/BD and our GenAI Value Lab.
Your job in practice:
- Know what’s happening on key projects.
- Spot where GenAI tools/workflows add value.
- Make sure we don’t miss those opportunities.
We run 200+ delivery projects. You’ll help turn that scale into structured GenAI work, pilots, and tool adoption instead of random one-off experiments.
What you’ll do:
- Track key accounts and projects: stay close to Delivery Directors, EMs and PMs; understand pains, plans and risks
- Spot and qualify GenAI opportunities: workshops, pilots, upsell/cross-sell, scope extensions
- Turn raw signals into clear briefs for the GenAI Value Lab (problem, context, constraints, stakeholders)
- Coordinate discovery calls and follow-ups so ideas either move forward or are clearly parked
- Keep a simple GenAI opportunity pipeline (stage, owner, value, next step)
- Work with license/tool owners to drive BlackBox adoption (Copilot/Claude/Cursor/etc.) across delivery accounts:
- Map who has licenses, who uses them, and where there are gaps or waste
- Coordinate rollouts, onboarding and basic guardrails with Delivery
- Build simple dashboards/views on:
- GenAI usage and tool adoption by account
- Top opportunities and key risks
- Prepare short updates for Delivery and Sales on where GenAI is helping, where it can help, and where we’re at risk of losing momentum.
Requirements:
- Background in one or more: Business Analysis / Product / Project or Program Management
- Experience in IT service business
- Customer Success / Pre-Sales / Account Management
- Delivery / PMO / EM with cross-account exposure
- Solid understanding of software delivery in an outsourcing/consulting setup
- Strong communication skills: comfortable with Delivery Directors, PMs, architects and Sales/BD
- Analytical mindset: can work with basic metrics (revenue, utilization, token and license usage, adoption, simple delivery KPIs) and turn them into clear priorities
- Good business sense: can tell when a GenAI idea is real value vs. buzzword; understands upsell, cross-sell and renewal risk
- Very strong coordination and follow-through: structured, organized, doesn’t drop threads
- Experience with change management or tool adoption is a plus
- Familiarity with GenAI tools and concepts is a plus; willingness to learn is a must
- Able to travel abroad for business purposes.
